Hello, there! we are aware of how challenging it may be to find skincare items that are gentle enough for sensitive skin.

But don't worry, with the perfect routine, you can retain clear, healthy skin!  (ง •̀_•́)ง!!

First things first: perfume-containing cleansers should be avoided because they might cause major skin irritation. Look for a gentle cleanser free of harsh substances like alcohol or sulfates. Your skin should not lose its natural oils as a result of such items.

Next step is exfoliation softly: Although this is an important stage, you should do this caution. Please find a moderate chemical exfoliator that has lactic acid or glycolic acid as active components. They won't irritate your skin while clearing out any clogged pores or dead skin cells.

After that, it is time to use a toner. By balancing your skin's pH levels and making sure all lingering pollutants are removed, this can greatly benefit your skin. It's ideal to use an alcohol-free toner that contains ingredients like aloe vera or rose water because it will both nourish and calm your skin.

Remember to use moisturizer! it is essential for those with sensitive skin because good moisturizers will keep your skin smooth and moist. A moisturizer including glycerin, hyaluronic acid, or niacinamide is recommended.
(Please apply the skincare products in the sequence of lightest to heaviest texture.)

TIPS* Choose items that have calming components such as chamomile, calendula, or green tea. These can assist to moisturize and nourish your skin. Face oils and serums can also be very beneficial to your daily skincare routine.

Now, it is time to talk sunscreen. This is something everyone should be using, especially if you have sensitive skin. A mineral-based sunscreen with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide is less likely to cause irritation than a chemical one. And don't forget to reapply every couple of hours, especially if you're going to be outside!

Lastly, keep in mind that your environment and everyday behaviors also have an impact on your skin.

Keep your skin away from harsh things like chemicals, pollution, and severe temperatures. Also, use lukewarm water instead of hot/cold water when cleansing your face because it might create redness and irritation.

Taking care of yourself can be tough and it can feel like a chore. But hey, to all the beautiful souls out there who are making an effort every day to better themselves, keep up the great work!!
